High Precision IV Electronics

High precision broadband I-V (current and voltage conversion) electronics is the most important readout electronics in all kinds of current type sensor devices, including high resolution transmission electron microscopy and accelerator beam diagnostic system of CT, silk dozer, beam loss detection, precision optical sensors. The accuracy of the I-V directly determines the equipment performance.

Current range from 10mA to 1pA, bandwidth from DC to 700kHzmax


Pulse width equals to 10us, beam intensity <1nA
